The Artists and Performance and Description is edited from the Live On Stage Website. After editing, the formatting should be removed. Then the content can be loaded to appropriate Box

This process is also done for the Poster Artwork… it need not be done twice

The Image Artwork sometimes can be had from the Live On Stage Press kits. More often a Web search is necessary with considerable Photoshopping. Approximately 9:16 Aspect Ratios are used for the Posters. The poster Images can be saved a moderate size PNG’s (< 300KB) for the website.

The Live On Stage Press Kits usually have links to You Tube promotional videos. A search of the WEB often reveals better material
